Premium Outlets Insane Today (Black Friday)

Drove by on Apopka-Vineland. Not only was the parking lot full, so was the grassy space between the lot and the road...and the grassy median in the middle of the road...and the grassy strip on the other side of the street...even the grass in front of the Publix plaza (which is a block up).

Did anyone actually make it to the stores? Curious to know how packed it was.

My family & I were not there today as we are not at WDW until next month. However last December we were there just before Christmas & the parking lot was jammed. Your post reminded me about it, because I remember it took a while until we got a parking spot & there were people parking in some places that are not even considering spaces, like on top of the mini grass area's in the parking lot.

Some of the stores opened at midnight but apparently not too many of them because I arrived shortly after 6am and had to wait until 7am for some of the ones I wanted to visit to open. Lots of parking at 6am! Returned Saturday evening around 7pm and the lots were very full but there were lots of parking spaces to be had without waiting. Of course the best deals were first thing in the morning on Friday.
