Premium Meal Vouchers

I have an opportunity to purchase some premium lunch meal vouchers for $31 apiece (adults). These get me complete meals (including dessert) at several rather nice places in WDW.

My question is, are they worth the price? AND ... the meals at WDW are HUGE .. will they allow us to split a meal using the vouchers?
