Ok, so called MS and specifically asked about vouchers. Was told no. Politely asked why. Pretty much got a "because" kind of answer. Said I wanted to complain about the policy. She put me on hold. Offered to transfer to a manager, or could email through DVC members.com. Voiced a complaint about the policy to the manager.. Politely.. Said it felt like a bit of a slap in the face. They apologized, said they'd report the complaint but had no control on the policy. Confirmed MYW tix were upgradeable.
So to those interested in trying to create change, politely call MS and ask for a manager, email DVC members and try emailing Claire bilby's official email address: could also try cbilby or bilby at Disney but that is just guessing.
Hopefully they will change this. But still a great deal if they don't. With a UT ticket could get it for even better
