Are gratuities included in the premium and platinum plans??

Not currently - 2007 was the last year those packages included grat. Since they are technically part of the dining package family, the gratuties were removed as part of the contract that covered DDP.

However, dinner shows, CRT and in-room dining, do include gratuity for all plans.

Premium and platinum plans are basically the deluxe plan so no

They are like deluxe but without the 2 credit meal costs (everything is 1 credit) and more restaurants are includeded, plus you get tours and recreation.
