Premier Pass Lightning Lane Rides

So if I understand correctly, Premier Pass you do not have to choose any rides but get in a Premier Pass line? Do all rides have premier pass lanes? How about meet and greet? Thank you

Premier Pass allows you to enter the LL queue once for each attraction in that park. It's not all rides though probably most. No meet & greets. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/lightning-lane-passes/lightning-lane-premier/
