Just noticed there a few of us in "premaintenance". What exactly are you doing to get yourself into maintenance?
Keeping up reg exercise routine but adding more foods to your "diet"?
Increasing exercise routine so you can eat more?
Giving yourself the weekends off?
Getting on that scale more often so you dont start to slip-up?
