Would someone explain the point vacuum to me?
In a nutshell, there are 360 studios and 20 bungalows at the Poly. The bungalows make up only 5% of the available rooms, but ~25% or more of the "points" being sold for the resort. Essentially, 99% of the people buying the Poly will never be able to afford to stay in the bungalows, so there is going to be a significant disparity between the # of owners trying to book their studios and the # of studios available. In a nutshell, Disney has artificially increased demand by manipulating supply. Most prospective DVC buyers will never pick up on this, but it is a very calculated (and in my opinion, incredibly deceitful) strategic play.
