Pregnant?!

Hello! I've just found out that I'm going to be bringing a little one with me after all to Disney World next month. Yeah!

What things should I avoid? Obviously, I won't be riding some of the more exciting thrill rides, but are there any less obvious things I should stay away from.

I recently went to the World and I was about 16 weeks pregnant at the time. I would say just expect to need more rest and go at a slower pace. It didnt help that when I went it was August and the heat was just a killer. It really effected me more than I thought it would.

Just plan for more mid day breaks (which once you have a little one more than likely your touring style will include this ) and more people watching. But thats just my 2 cents. There is a link on here for ride restrictions. I followed that. Even though I saw several much pregnant ladies going on the safari. I decided to not go. I had been on several times and it can get pretty rough. Just not worth the risk in my opinion.

I posted this question too when I just found out I was pregnant. My best advice is to ask your doctor what you can and cant go on. I went down when I was just 4 weeks pregnant, and I was able to go on everything.. but just check with your doctor. CONGRATS!!! That is awesome! What a blessing!
