I agree with Crisi that it's an individual thing. My wife is 21 week pregnant and we leave tomorrow for our 6th cruise (only a 3 day). We decided to go because it's our last chance to get away just the two of us and chose a cruise because we thought it would be a lot easier then they parks or other types of vacations. Because everything is located on the ship, you never have to walk far to get back to your room. My only recommendation is that if you do decide to go, get vacation insurance. Yea you can't get any drinks (alcoholic, that is, but you can always get virgin), and no hot tub, but we found drinks to be a little on the pricy side, and after sail away, the hot tubs are always filled. You can still eat and enjoy the shows. I always inform my wife that pregnancy is not a handicap and you just need to be a little more careful and take your time. Other then that if you feel well and you baby is ok, operate as normal. It would be sad to just sit at home for 9 months because you are pregnant and then realize that once you have your baby you don't want to go on vacation because youre worried about them getting sick, hurt, etc... Although I have no experience, I fell it's safe to say that it might be easier to travel 21 weeks pregnant then it is to travel with a 21 month old. But my
