well, good luck. Unfortunately I think you are going to find however that Texas is very much an Employment at Will State. This means that you work in his establishment at his pleasure.
See and that's one of the things I HATE HATE HATE about living here is the danged 'at will employment'.
But...I have to say this in my favor...in the year or so I've been there, I've not been written up once for workplace misconduct and I'm one of the few cashiers who HASN"T managed to get fired in a few weeks or months. The only people who've been there longer than me is the Agent, one mgr and the kitchen staff. phamton--I'll have to check on my last paystub, but I'm pretty sure I'm 'Full Time" even though I sometimes get less than 40 hrs per week due to scheduling restraints.

Even now, with little room to move in there cuz space is so tight, he's constantly wiggling or kicking and sticking his feet out (or what I think are his feet). "Guess that Bump" is one of our favorite games right now, trying to tell if a strange bump on my tummy is his elbows or his feet or his butt.
