Pregnancy as Disney memory? lol

My husband and I had tried for about 7 months to get pregnant, it was not happening and I was so upset. We went on a Disney cruise and I was looking at all the babies and little children wondering if I would ever be able to have one of my own. (I was 33 at the time) I got back from vacation and a few weeks later we found out I was pregnant! That ship really IS WONDER-ful after all. We took our son, then 9 months old, back on the cruise this past Sept.
We always laugh about it happening like that....

awww.. what a cool thread!..just read it for the first time.

I got goosebumps reading of the Disney *magic* that was involved in these personal stories.

Thank you all for sharing! :D

We went for a nice get away weekend in November and to enjoy the food and wine festival--- and low and behold-- it happen at the All Star Movies-- we're due in August and can't wait to bring our little one to our annual trek to the Food and Wine Festival in October.:hyper:

I found out I was unexpectedly expecting my 3rd child the Friday before the 2003 WDW Marathon. My DH hadn't made the trip with me so after I called him I called my doctor who told me to drink plenty of fluids, eat light snacks and take it easier than I had originally planned. That Sunday I had the BEST but longest (timewise) run of my life. I'm taking my new DS and 2-DD back to WDW this Nov. This time, however, DS will be riding in a stroller.

Our Godson was conceived the week of our Fairy Tale wedding.

Not conception but my favorite picture is me very pregnant with our son and my DH at WDW in front of the MK. My son always looks at it & says he was there :)

Well we are actually planning to get pregnant while we are there this december, and i am very excited about it, even though one is sometimes enough to make you pull your hair out, but we are going with a group of our friends and thier kids, and they are going to take turns keeping my dtr while we are....... well u know--

I got married at Disney and got pregnant during our honeymoon while we were there. We now have a 2 yr old daughter.

Our twins are Disney babies. We got pregnant while staying at the GF in April 2000. We had tried and tried for a long time. There must be something in the water . . . . princess:

DD is our just got back from Disneyland Paris present and the one that's on her way is our Disneyland Paris present. DD #1 was after 18 months of trying, this one was our first month trying. We have great luck with trips to France and having babies.....gotta be the great food and cheap alcohol ;)

My DD is our little WDW present. We have a DS (5). Our trip last my family was positive I would be pregnant before I went and I said "noway" wanted to enjoy all the rides with DS then 4 (he is very tall 43'). Low and behold we are expecting Number 3 this July. Although he is not a disney present, he will be making his first trip this Nov.

To all who are considering traveling with the little ones. My DD was 4 months old on her first trip and we did fine.

Well our little one wasn't 'made' at Disney, but he prevented me from going on my first ever trip!!! We were supposed to put down our deposit by March 15, 2001. March 13. 2001 I found out I was pregnant. It was a good thing.. As our arrival date was supposed to be Sept. 11,2001.. We might not have made it... as our plane was to fly out of JFK.. So in a way my miracle was planned ahead and we then went two years later to celebrate his 2nd birthday...

So little ones are a truly great thing...

We brought home a little souvenier from our trip in 2000, and brought him for his first visit in November of 2003. What a great memory for us going back there to bring him for the first time, along with his big brother. A magical trip!

Well my daughter-to-be wasn't conceived in Disney but I took the pregnancy test the night before we left in November. Wow...positive! So much for the Food & Wine Festival...well, at least the wine. I had fun with virgin smoothies tho.

Being that early in the pregnancy I rode all the fast rides without a problem. The fetus was still so small and cushioned so much that I knew it would be okay.

It was fun buying my 2 boys Disney sweat jackets and picking up an infant sweat jacket for our future daughter. Too bad we didn't know she was a "she" then...

Well our little girl was conceived just outside Disney property at the Vistana Resort February last year. We had been trying for five months and I guess we just needed that little bit of pixie dust.:love2:

Our now 5 month old DD will be making her first visit to WDW in just a few days.

:teeth:
