Which time frame do you prefer to visit for vacation, MVMCP or MNSSHP? Considering weather, events, crowds, etc.. . Thanks trying to decide when to do our 2nd trip for 2006. Thanks. MKY princess:

I like going in October more than December. I love Halloween so I really enjoyed MNSSHP more than MVMCP. It was so much fun seeing everyone in their costumes, the parade was great, and we got tons of yummy candy. Also, there's the F&W Festival which was my absolute favorite event. We had a great time sampling different types of food from the various countries. There's also entertainment, culinary demonstrations and special events you can attend. :cool1:

The weather was so much better in October '05 than when I went in Dec. '04. In October the weather was just perfect. :sunny: I wore tank tops and sometimes a light sweater. In December it was freezing and I wore a coat practically the whole time. (and I'm from Oregon where it's always raining and cold :umbrella: )

The crowds were fine during both times. During October, the crowds increased on the weekends at Epcot because of the F&W Festival. But I went to Epcot on the weekends and had a great time. :)

We did MVMCP last December and MNSSHP this past October. I prefer December. It was less crowded and the weather was a lot better. I'd rather be at WDW when it's a little cooler out. It rained every day we were there in October.

although I've never been for MVMCP, we've been during October a few times and did our first MNSSHP this year and loved it.
