hello, experts!

so, despite all my trips to disney, i'm a little lost about this preferred seating business.

i bought a costco package that includes mini ticket stubs for everyone in my group for "preferred seating" at DCA shows like muppets and ITTBAB.

how does it work? do you just give the stubs to a CM or something?
is there even that much of an advantage? i've always thought the seating for all those shows is good everywhere.

thanks in advance for your input!:thumbsup2

With Aladdin, they let you in before the rest of the crowd, I think there's like 200 or so who get in first, something like that. So you can pick out pretty good seats, although there's not really a bad seat in there. It looks like you should sit on the orchestra (floor), but I've been told you can go upstairs and sit on the front row of the first balcony. That's really the best seats in the house; not to spoil anything, but there are a couple of special effects that you can't really see well if you're sitting right in front of the stage on the front rows-- it's directly over your head or behind you.

That said, it's not a big deal where you sit; it's a great show regardless.

The other preferred seating? I don't think anybody ever uses them. There's no reason to; there are no seats that are bad in those shows and they're not usually full anyway.

Hope that helps!:goodvibes
