Predictions for new codes?

Does anyone think that there will be a new batch of codes released? I had one for big kids/little kids prices, but had to be used by 5/23.

I'd say it depends on their bookings. I keep typing my dates in on the disney site and all/most resorts show up as available from standard views and up, so at least for my time frame bookings still appear low. My dates are Sept/Oct.

I am hoping that a good room only code for dates after the beginning of August will be released soon.

I was thinking about this recently and probably too much, but here are my thoughts:

Disney could have extended FD through the end of the year if they wanted; they still can, after all, they extended 4+3. However, they have already sent out codes for Oct, Nov and Dec, and chances are good that they will do FD again for Visa cardholders. I just don't see why they would offer anything else during this period. Think about it, between Halloween, the MNSSHPs, Jersey Week, F&W Festival, Thanksgiving, the MVMCPs, the parade taping, Pop Warner, then Christmas and New Years, those last three months are full of events that the first nine months were not. I think Disney realizes they don't have to offer any more blanket deals to bring people in. Couple that with the economy slightly (and I emphasize slightly) turning a corner over the next few months, and I just don't see it happening. Ultimately only Disney knows what their reservations look like, but I think it would be foolish of them to continue undercutting their own revenue.

We are going in November, and yes we'd like a deal. But we are going regardless, and so we're not holding our breath for one. Just my 2 cents.

People in the UK can book free dining for Dec. Disney has also sent out PIN codes to some people for free dining in Nov and Dec and also some people got PIN codes last fall for 40% off for select dates during 2009. Dates in Oct, Nov, and Dec were included (among others). Nothing for the general public has been released yet for those dates.

Last year is the first time it was ever offered for Disney Visa holders in January. It should be on the Chase website, or they may send out emails to their card holders, and if not, then it will definitely be announced here on the DIS and also on mousesavers..

I just booked yesterday for the end of October. Just as a confirmation I said, "if any new deals come out we can apply this to our reservaton right?" and cm says "absolutely, if they extend FD or any other specials we can apply it"

I am hoping that since she specifically said FD that they will extend it. Since the current promotion ends june 21st I would think that CM are being notified of any new promotions.

Then again, I could just be reading too much into her wording. It was just her tone of voice when she said it made me think... maybe..

There hasn't been any general public codes for fall/winter yet, but some people have gotten pin codes for Buy 4 nights/Get 3 Free for dates in Oct/Nov along with Buy 5 nights/Get 2 Free + a gift card for some fall dates, with small print stating to call for other discounts for dates in December . So it's very possible there may be some fall deals coming out for the general public in the coming months once the booking windows for the current promos end .
