Pre-trip applause for GF concierges...

I switched our ressie from Lagoon view to SL Concierge just 21 days out, and after a few missed phone calls to the Planning office, I heard from Crissy and she has been amazing! She helped me plan surprises for my DH, DD and Dad and also arranged a last minute breakfast PS for our last morning and arranged the wheelchair rental for me.

Clarke just called (I told him that I'd heard good things about him on the internet from past guests, he said that "made his day!") He went over the check in details with me and he asked if I needed any further assistance, when I asked about the hurricane he had his "partner in crime" pull up a print out of the hurricane track, they were on top of everything!

I have to say that I am really impressed. I can't wait to check in...just a few more days now! WE'RE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD AHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Clarke is such a nice guy- he did a stint at the concierge desk on one of the days we stayed there in August. I agree- he's extremely helpful.

GeekChic, I have read such nice things about the Sugar Loaf concierge staff lately, that I am sure you will have a wonderful vacation. Enjoy your trip and the Grand Floridian Resort.
