Pre Register Kids Club?

We received our luggage tag/brochure in the mail and in one section it says to pre-register my daughter for the kids club, but I cannot find it anywhere on the website. What am I missing!?

Click on "view details", then about 1/2 way down it will say "Child registration: Not registered". Next to that is the link to register.
