I bought all of our tickets for SW, BG and Legoland yesterday. Do we have to wait in the ticket line to activate them? Or is there a quicker way?

Anyone?

I swear I read there were kiosks where you scan the vouchers to activate them, but I can't seem to find out where I read it. I just want avoid standing in the ticket lines for no reason.

There are kiosks to the left and right of the ticket stands at Sea World. I was there today and tried to use them based on instructions given to me by someone from Discovery Cove. We bought a day pass at Discovery Cove which includes Sea World and Aquatica. The kiosks ended p ot being what i needed but based on what i could see they would have been extremely simple.

We went to Legoland last Spring with tickets I purchased and printed from the internet. You can go through the regular line with those and they just scan them. Works just like a regular ticket!

It depends. Read your tickets. If it is an eticket or real ticket, no waiting, just go to the gate. If voucher, must use kiosk.

When I buy tickets from UT, they are live, no waiting.

When I got a SW package, I got a eticket voucher, and had to use the kiosk.

Have a great trip!

Hmm... Now I'm curious too.

We are going to DC and also plan to do SW, Aq, and BG.

I believe the papers I printed say something like, "just take to the turnstiles". (Although, I'm not at home now-- I will double check them tonight)

Are we going to get some sort of tickets? I would rather carry around small tickets/cards for the two week trip than a wad of folded papers. I really don't want to carry a bag around just to hold the papers and it would be a constant worry for me that they would get wet and smear the barcodes or something.

Update: Each park had ticket windows, but since we had our prepaid tickets we went directly to the turnstyles to scan our prepaid tickets.

Unfortunately, our tickets printed on full size sheets of paper (from AAA and Legoland.com). We had to scan the full size sheets each day for each person. We had plenty of room to store the tickets in our day pack, but it was a pain. If you do wet rides, keep this in mind. Maybe use a ziploc bag?
