Pre-Honeymoon Trip

Me(Heather- The soon to be Wife)
Paul ( My FH- who has no idea what he is getting into )

It's almost here! I can't wait to get there. I am already packed and ready to go
I have my itinerary (which we will probably not follow as closely as we think) and tons of little surprises for my FH. I wrote poems for everyday that we are there and put them on nice stationary paper, then I rolled them up and tied them with ribbon. I also bought hershey kisses and Dove chocolate hearts to go with the poems. We are staying at WL concierge (as my FH decided to go all out and get the Disney Honeymoon Grand Plan). Randall and Megan have been the most helpful and wonderful people I have ever encountered at Disney (I wonder if I could get a job there )
I know my FH has been planning things with Megan as much as I have, he told me he talked to her about all his surprises and everything. I have no idea what he has up his sleeve.

We will be there for 10 days and nights. Can't wait. We leave Texas on the 9th of November (right after the wedding reception is over) and stay at an airport in Florida. Then on the 10th we are getting a ride from Happy Limo to the WL. We will check in (or at least leave our luggage there) and then head to Downtown Disney. We have tickets to see Cirque du Soliel that evening and then we will eat dinner at House of Blues. I have never been to the House of Blues, but FH has and says it's great. We will probably buy alot of stuff at all the shops in DTD, but I don't know.
The next day we will be in the Magic Kingdom taking the Keys of the Kingdom tour. (man, that is early in the morning )
Lunch is provided with that tour.
Then dinner is at V&A. I am looking foward to that (one of the surprises for my FH is that I bought a new dress - Ok, more for me than him, but he will appreciate it)

Tuesday November 12
We have breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe and spend the day at Epcot. We have lunch reservations at Rose and Crown and Dinner at Le Cellier

Wed. November 13,
I am going horseback ridding at 10:00 (my FH wanted to go, but apparently the weight limit is 250- he's 6'3" and weighs more than 250 so he can't go :-( )
Lunch is at the 50's prime time cafe
Spend the day at MGM (After horseback ridding)
and Dinner is at Narcoosee's

Thursday November 14, 2002
My FH is taking a fishing excursion at 10:00 am (he loves to fish) and I am going to the GF to the spa during his fishing fun.
Nothing else planned for that day other than dinner at the Hoop-Dee Doo music review

Friday November 15, 2002
11:45 am- We have our photography session at the Magic kingdom. I am looking forward to that
Lunch is at Cindy's we will spend the day at the Magic Kingdom
and then Dinner is the Poly Luau

Saturday November 16
Breakfast at the Hollywood and Vine
day at MGM
Lunch at Sci-Fi dinner
dinner at the Brown Derby and then we get vip seating for Fantasmic

Sunday November 17
Breakfast at Norway (I love Sleeping Beauty and so my wonderful Coordinators got us in:- ) )
Day at Epcot
Lunch in Norway
Dinner at Yachtsmans Steakhouse followed by a Fireworks cruise

Monday November 18
Breakfast at Cape May
Lunch at Le Cellier- We will spend the day at Epcot
Dinner at Cindy's royal Table

Tuesday November 19 (Our last day :-()
We are spending the last day in Magic Kindgom and eating lunch at Tony's Town Square.

Now, we still have to work in Animal Kingdom somewhere, but lets just see how close we come to fitting all this in

Then it is back to the real world on November 20th. We need to get back to my wonderful 3 year old who doesn't know where we are or she would kill me My parents and I took her to Disney last year and Paul and I are taking her next year. If we didn't live so far away we would think about getting annual passes. We LOVE DISNEY!!!

I will write about my trip once I get back. I have a journal that I am going to be writting in every day that we are there.

First of all Congrats on the upcoming marriage!!!!

It is funny, I was reading your itinerary and the first two days are very similar to what my Wife and I will be doing. We got married 3 months ago and are leaving for our honeymoon on November 10th. One week on the land ( at PO-FQ) and one week on the cruise.

The first day we will also be in Downtown Disney and going to Cirque De Solei...the 9:00 show. Then it looks like we will be on the same tour as you on Monday. Then we are also having the honeymoon photographer on Friday in the Magic Kingdom. I think our appointment is at 10:00, I have to confirm. Too funny.

Well, have a great time, and congrats once again!!! I guess my wife and I will be seeing you on Monday during the tour. I am pretty sure we will be the ones with the mickey/minnie wedding ears on.

Hello again Heather!! LOL This is too funny since you and I have been e-mailing... Scoot95 is my DH!!! LOL He sent me this link and while I was reading your post (before reading his response) I was thinking, gee, we're doing some of the same stuff! LOL I"ll make sure ot buy a lime green ribbon (I think I'll put it either on my belt loop or camera strap) and it looks like we'll get to meet on the tour on Monday!! LOL Too funny!!!!!

That is too funny. I thought he was your DH, but I wasn't sure
I can't wait to meet the two of you on our Tour of the MK! Green ribbon is a must!
I will be the one wearing the Wedding Minnie mouse Headband and my FH will probably be wearing a baseball cap or nothing because the mickey hat didn't fit him :-( (I don't think he felt too bad about that.)
Anyway, it's almost here! I am so excited and ready. Hope you have alot of fun on the cruise! I will see you in two weeks

Hmm, ours is at 9:15, but I am going to see if I can change it. Paul and I would really love to meet you guys. He wants to meet the people I have been talking to all this time (I never told him about the Dis, because who knows what I will write )

Heather, that's great!!! It'll be tough to get up that early, especially with the Cirque de Soleil that night, but we figured get the early tour, end earlier, have more time in the park that day! I can't wait to meet you both!!!!

Ok, don't rub it in that you are going to WDW in 9 Days Wish I could be there with you and Scott! Oh well, on our 5 year anniversary we will cruise together (did I tell you Paul and I are now going to get Annual passes all the time so we can go whenever we want?? Hee, hee)

vettechick- Sorry to confuse you Lisa and I had our honeymoons 2 years ago this November and we were just reminicing (we found our old thread) about it all.

We both had wonderful Honeymoons- Her's was a week at Disney and then the Disney Cruise and Mine was 10 days at Disney...No cruise

We met on these boards and then met in "real life" at Disney while doing the keys to the Kingdom tour (a must do for anyone in my opinion- the tour) Now she and I are good friends and talk every day even though we live really far away from each other
