Pre-cruise Dinner suggestions at Port Canaveral

Looking at eating somewhere to watch the ships come an go. Looks like 3 prevailing options: Gators / Grills / Waters edge. Anyone have any strong feelings about any of them or are all about the same? Think i went to Grills a few years ago and it was nice enuf what you would expect from a tourist area but also remember it being busy and hard to find parking. Thanks for any ideas!

Maybe a Thursday nite won't be as bad? Last time it was spring break that had to be worse.
