pre-booking seats on continental

New to board and sooooooo excited!
Just booked for October. Flying continental from Edinburgh via Newark. Anyone know if seats can be pre-booked in some way? On second thoughts maybe sitting beside my 3 boys without the benefit of seatback screens isn't such a good idea though!!

Yes you can pre-book your seats with Continental. I fly from Glasgow to Newark each year and always book my seats in advance.
Not sure if I'm allowed to give a telephone no on the boards so if you pm me I'll give you the no to ring to book the seats.

Thanks Helen. Once I've found out what it means, I'll pm you for that number! Does it cost to pre-book seats?
Only got 90mins between flights at Newark. I thought that seemed a lot, but after reading some past postings I'm not so sure. What do you think?
Still on a just booked for Florida' high'. Any info on flying with continental appreciated.

if you have your confirmation number you can book your seat online, or if you have it booked by the travel agent you can change it.

go to www.continental.com use the manage reservations box.

They also have seat plans so you can see where your sitting.
