Peggie, Stay Strong!!

Having gone through this myself this year and still having problems, I can relate to the fear you have. You are not a statistic so just keep waging forward even when things may not seem well. I've met tons of people this year with this disease and some shouldn't still be here (if you look at statistics) but are.

You will remain in my thoughts and prayers.

P.S. Take the radiation - take it all (and think of it as something which will help you, not hurt you. Keep a white light around the chemo bottles and machines picturing healing energy coming into your body)... and let people help you.

Good wishes, Peggie, along with prayers for sure. I asked Tiger Fan (Lisa) to touch base with you and I think she has. She has fought the tough battle for several years now, a very good resource to ask questions and all.

My wife, Marie, a 6 year survivor of Stage III, also had most of her lymph nodes removed, a weaker righty now for sure, but she does okay. Surgery, chemo and radiation did knock her for a temporary loop, but needed it is.

You will come out of this and be on your road to recovery, remission. Please do lean on the folks here at the DIS when you get fed up, down at times, aggravated with it all. There are a lot folks here on the DIS who are survivors, a lot in the midst of treatment. Share your feelings, up, down, sideways.

Know well you have a lot of people in your corner, Peggie, with good wishes, thoughts and prayers. My best. Please touch base when you are up to it, Peggie, God bless you.
