Today we went on a walking tour. We saw the changing of the guard, visited St. Vitus Cathedral and saw the Charles bridge during the day. Our local guide was good. After seeing the astrological clock we were on our own for lunch and some free time. I had to go back to the hotel and get off my feet. My hip is shot and as much as I wanted to do more sightseeing, shop and visit the museum of torture I couldn't do it. We were supposed to walk back to the old town square later in the afternoon to meet up with the group and head towards our next stop. Fortunately, I wasn't the only one having navigational issues and ABD sent a few taxis to pick up those who headed back to the hotel to transport us back at the appointed time. So, I didn't have to walk again. YAY! BONUS! Our farewell dinner this evening was fun and it was sad that this was our last day. Now that we were down to a group of 40 everyone was really just starting to get to know each other. Had this been a longer land based ABD I think it would have wound up being one of those awesome groups you get sometimes that make friends and stay in touch. As it is some of us exchanged contact info on our own.
