Ppo BOG and rider swap

I’m going to have one child in our group that can’t ride, Will they still be able to offer rider swap before the rd people are allowed in

Unsure of your question? BOG is a TS restaurant. No need for rider swap there. And the rides don't actually start running till after rope drop so not sure of that question either.

I assume you mean to ride Mine Train before rope drop? No, they can't technically do a rider switch pass before the park opens. However, we just explained we'd like to swap and they said no problem, just wait here by the entrance. The RD crowds started coming in just before our first party got off the ride, so I got nervous. But as soon as our first party came back, they allowed our second party to go through the FP lane and beat the rush. Hakuna Matata!
