After our BOG ADR (with preordering, hoping to be done by 8:40AM or so), are we able to walk directly to Frontierland through Liberty Square and to try to beat the RD crowds? I know this area tends to be pretty light with crowds at RD compared to FL, but hoping to stack as many rides in this part of the park as possible within the first few hours.

Looking at it another way, I'd not do the PPO BoG if you do not want an early ride on a Fantasyland attraction.

You likely will not be allowed into/through Liberty Square until they open the ropes to all, and you'd then be at a disadvantage to those simply standing at the ropes in the Hub.
