I've sold most of the furniture I own before our move to Florida. I was tired of the stuff I had. I'd had it for many years and it is really expensive to move across country. We only have a few pieces left and a lot of boxes. I'm leaving my refrigerator and washer/dryer with the house. So, I will need new ones in Florida. I didn't want to be without appliances for long, so today I went out and bought a new refrigerator, washer, dryer and 51" HD TV. The great part, they will be delivered to my new house in Florida the day after I move in. I bought them all from the same place because they were having a sale. In order to get the sale price, I had to put them on my charge card. My sister also wanted a new refrigerator and washer/dryer, but she didn't have an account with this store, so I bought her's as well. I did so knowing I will pay them off when the bill comes. My sister just wrote me a check for her purchases. I guess I was doing a bit to much power shopping because their security department called me to find out if my charge card had been stolen! Ha! It really worked out well, because they have a rebate going on delivery. They only charged me $50 for the delivery of all the pieces to be delivered to two locations (my house and my sisters), but I get the $50 back. Great shopping experience!
