I have a HP package booked and a much better room only rate and I need to decide which to keep. Basically the only meaningful difference is the breakfast at 3 Broomsticks. Has anyone gone yet? I assume you just show up at your time and walk through and get your food but wanted to know if it's a mob scene or decent and if butterbeer is allowed as a drink option. I'm thinking from menu we'd rather do lunch especially if butterbeer isn't an option but can't decide....

Thanks!!!

They do have butterbeer.

I think it was worth it, I like the atmosphere and no it wasn't crowded at all in there. My wife on the other hand was disappointed. She said she liked the Enchanted Oak better (was that the Viking joint?)

We had no package and still bought breakfast. Butterbeer is a drink option, but it is served in a small cup. You can buy a larger cup or souvenier cup if you choose.

Do you know what time breakfast is served if you don't have package. Are there special times only for package holders, or is it open to everyone at same time?

Do you need a package to eat at Three Broomsticks or can you go in without it?

Thanks,
Maggie

You need a package to guarantee breakfast there but everything else is first come first serve.

I'm also wondering about whether to book this package. Can someone please tell me what the menu is like and how you get your time (can you pick or is it assigned)?

Thanks for any help you can provide...

I'm wondering, too. We've booked the package, but I didn't know how the times were going to work (e.g. they would open WWoHP early for on site guests) so I booked the 8:30 seating which I think was the worst time to book.

I am now thinking we should head to the park early - like 7:15 for early entry, do WWoHP and go to Three Broomsticks at the later seating, say 9 or 9:30.

WWYD?

There's menus floating around out there, but they do have the regular breakfast stuff (scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal) plus an English breakfast (with eggs, sausage, potatoes, mushrooms, beans, grilled tomato, English bacon, and black pudding). The breakfasts come with a small drink including butter beer, pumpkin juice and the usual stuff.
