Potentially Dumb Question Regarding Dining Packages

My extended family is planning on doing the MSEP Dining Package at Plaza Inn when we visit next month. The youngest of our group is under 3. I noticed that the kids meal is 3-9. Is it going to be an issue if we show up to the viewing area with the toddler in tow without having bought a meal for the toddler, or do we need to buy her a meal as well so that we have viewing area vouchers for everyone? Also, I know that normally you can get Plaza Inn food to-go. What are the odds that the food for the viewing package are also going to be available to-go?

You won't need a pass for the under 3, just like on rides, they just let them in with you.
