You are funny!! I never liked touching my husband's feet...or anyone else's for that matter. But then we opened a PT clinic right next to a podiatrist, and about 50% of our patients are feet....so I'm over it!!

A good pedicure will make you feel as relaxed as a good massage!!

I wish I had a picture of my BFF having to climb up under my gown to get the garter on me It kept falling down my leg, so we got off the elevator at WL and right there in the hallway she had to go under my gown and push it so far up! OMG it was hilarious!! We didn't do the garter toss.

We didn't do that this time....20 years ago, my husband reached up for the garter and brought out a lacey black thong; that went missing later BTW!!!!!!! So he was not allowed a 2nd chance!!!

We are slackers - and I still don't know how to change the main title

How about pictures of things we had to remember those we love and miss - flowers, photos in bouquets, etc. - of those who have passed that we remembered on our wedding day.

My mom's rose and vase - it had a quote about how she was present in our hearts and her name engraved in the glass

That rose lasted throughout our Disneymoon. We left it on Sunrise Terrace the day we left Disney; it just seemed appropriate to leave it there. Mom loved Disney as much as I do!

I thought about having a rose on a chair for my dad..but I think my mother would have lost it!
My Dad's wedding ring from 1956 was on my thumb and thankfully, made it into a great shot

For my Dad...

It was placed right behind my mom. We also had a memorial poem in the program and a moment during the ceremony.

I had pictures of my mom in the locket that hung from the clasp of my necklace.

We also had a break in the processional after DH's parents walked out - nobody walked out, and we played the love theme from her favorite movie, "The Wind & the Lion."

How sweet of you to say! I love that you left your mom's rose on Sunrise Terrace at the end of your visit.

How wonderful that all of us who have lost someone dear can remember them in such an uplifting way on our happiest day!

thank you ladies for posting these. I've been looking for a nice way to honor my mom. I think my dad would lose it if i did a memorial flower, so maybe a locket like your's Carrie or I think Vanessa put lockets on her bouquet. Such wonderful ways to remember someone near and dear!
