The decor for your DP was beautiful! I can't wait to see more of your pictures!!

Ahhhh.... cake! I can't wait to get my professional pictures but our guests did an amazing job capturing so many of our details.

So, thanks to the efforts of several of our guests, I am so happy to be able to post pix of our gorgeous cake!

Here is a closeup of the Lenox 50th Anniversary porcelain Cinderella Castle that we built the whole cake concept around:

Besides how GORGEOUS it was, the cake was delicious beyond all expectations!

Cam your cake was simple stunning!! I really love the swags and Disney did an awesome job on the roses!!

Thanks, Jennifer! The roses are made of sugar but they are hard so that I was able to bring them home. And they matched the colors I gave them for the roses PERFECTLY. Our planner knew I'd be so excited that she called over to her assistant while we were still at the Pavilion to let us know that the cake was just as we'd requested. We were SOOO excited!

Cheryl - looks like you're a square cake girl too I still have some of the sugar and gum paste roses and leaves from our cake in our freezer. I just can't bear to throw them away!

Did you mean my cake roses? I doubt it, mine were made at the Wilderness Lodge bakery over 3 years ago But, I do cakes, and there's pretty much only one right way to make a rose (roses are not my specialty at all!), so it makes sense that the roses would look pretty much the same. I think I'll make a replica of our cake for our 5 year anniversary . . . or maybe just use the frozen roses I still have - LOL!

Thanks so much. I must tell you that you helped me with my floral. I used the picture of your floral wand that your niece used as my inspiration for my girls floral wands. I printed out a copy of the picture of your wand and brought it to my floral meeting. See my three wands to the right of my cake.

Bridesmaids Bouquets for today?

I was so happy with how our DD20's bouquet came out. Her "hottest" color matched her dress and the pinks went all the way to the softest pink in my bouquet. And it included swarovski crystal heart bouquet jewels and a monogram "J" -- she got all teary when she saw it, so I was even happier!
