"A" is for Animal Kingdom Lodge:

Those were for the 2nd DIS Circle Journal a couple years ago. The theme was "Favorite Resort". I have some 12x12 LOs done, but my scrap stuff is still in boxes from the move. DH is trying to greatly reduce my area & we're arguing...so in the meantime, it's all still in boxes.

I added a note to say that pages are a bonus! But originally the idea was to sort through photos to make new pages Either way, I'm loving the ideas that I am getting!

Sorry - I just read the other thread that said "extra points for LOs" and thought "Gotta do the extra credit!" I always was a suck-up in school too.

Actually I was looking for an "Alice" photo with me & the kids and another one with DS (27) getting an autograph at Cinderella's breakfast but they're not scanned yet.

deb, i noticed that your book is a spiral bound book. do you like it? i bought one a while ago and have never used it, but i loved the look of it. the pages are black. not sure what i'd use it for, but i HAD to have it!

Love seeing everyone's photos! And someday I may try digital scrapping...it seems like a natural fit since my background is in computers. I'm just not sure I have the motivation to learn something new at this age.

Well, yes & no. I love the look of the finished book. I removed the spiral & replaced it with ribbons for my book. So I cheated when doing my own pages (in my book) and did them before putting the ribbons in. It was very easy to work on then. I was able to sew the pocket directly on the page for the sign-in tags. I also didn't need to be as careful when measuring the wallpaper because I could always punch holes to match the base page.

At the time I was able to get page protectors for my book and I'm glad I did so at the beginning of the year cycle. By the end of the year, I couldn't find them at my Mikes anymore.

Okay, I want to play and hopefully then use these ideas for a quick small album for grandma.
