"they said three days and if its longer than that we have to go find them"

wel three days went by and they didnt come back.

As they werent going to be harmed.. Elizabeth and Will decided they would just wait back and forth between the ship and town until Jack and Miranda had served their time.. The few weeks had passed and..

they still didnt let them out then one day elezbeth rushed to the prison with isabelle the gaurd was reluctent to let her back in isabelle was sick and would not let any one take care of her she was scared of every little thing you could say she was acting like miranda did befor she was born

Jack was angry.. " You said we would be in here two weeks at the most! its almost been a month in a half what is going on! My wife and i would really love to leave the prison sometime soon.." He grunted somewhat defensless without his gun sword or any other weapn in reach..



Meanwhile..

Jenny gave out a long sigh to the gentle rocking of the ship as she set the book down she had been reading and laid her head against the small table in the faint light of a lower deck room.. Ever since she had spoken those words that they hadn't thought to hear for a long while her and James had been very distant.. And as they continued to make there trips back to Tortuga for supplies ect. Arabella had seemed to work her way back into his life.. As they were docked at Tortuga that moment and the night sky was dark, Jenny knew James had been in town all day and she knew to well it wasnt just to get supplies.. She walked out on deck and starred into the faint lights of the city..

they finaly let elezbeth into the jail and this time isabelle was crying her head off elezbeth walked to the sell and pased isabelle though the sell doors to jack the gaurds had taken miranda earlyer but they didnt know where but it wasnt a good thing

she was in court the docter was also al lawyer that was trying to get the kids taken from her "shes a loose woman"the docter declared agnested her but they wernt allowing miranda to speek up

Miranda had begun to cry.. these people had no knowledge of her life with her family other then the lying coniving doctor..

Meanwhile.. Jenny stood there and couldnt help but to think Jack had been right all along.. his words played through her head.. ' Love i just dont want you to make the mistake your mother did..' she finally understood what he meant not that she hadn't loved jack but she was too young.. she had been to young and had to face that and grow up so quickly..

the door opend and she turned to see jack when he got to the front of the room as well "and him he be the one too take this young loose woman over here he barly feeds her or his sad little children truley could you leave these little kids with them"he said then they brought in the kids in the room jamey had her usual lose clothing on and so did megan becuse they insted on dressing them selves megan pulled her shirt back over her sholder but it fell of agane

" They live on a ship.. they clothes tear easily it isnt as if we do not provide for them because we do.. and if you were to say that we are bad parents because we live on a ship and our children may look alittle tossled that is rediculous! There are many more children in the world that have a horrible life that you could take away from undiserving parents." Miranda said losing her temper...

"take them away" the judge orderd "send him to be hanged and though the wench back in jail" he orderd "no!"miranda cryed out jack broke away from the gaurds and so did miranda they met in embrace tears falling from mirandas eyes then jack pashonatly kissed her miranda took a few steps back then triped they fell onto one of the benches miranda held on the the rim of jacks coat the crowed watched in awe "What are they doing?"the judge asked "resolveing problems"jamey said "they said i cant resolve probems too im 16"jamey added the judged raised any eye brow at him "Get them and take them away from here"the judge said the gaurds tryed to pull jack away from miranda but miranda would not let them her arms where around his neck as she kissed him not leting any one take him from her

The children ran in different directions widely as the guards tried to cath them but.. for children as young as they were they were pretty bright and frisky..
