Can some please confirm what kind of meat is in the Pot roast mac and cheese at The Friar's Nook?

Being British, Pot roast isn't a concept I'm familiar with and when googling, there's a mix of pork and beef types. Which one is in the Disney one? Thanks!

Pot Roast is slow cooked beef.
Disney food blog has great photos of the Pot Roast Mac n Cheese.

Awesome! I thought I better find out before I go as I don't eat pork. Better then looking forward to it for months then finding out I can't eat it. Off to track down those pics. Thanks!

It is fabulous!! Creamy and terrific, with lots of tender beef on top!

OMG how did i not know this either! Now i have to look up where the Fiar Nook is. I thought i was so with it all. -glad i found it though it looks awesome!

i don't even recognize this building, last time i was there was Nov 2013 and there was construction all by Pinnochios so perhaps this is all new?

I tried it in January. It's pretty good! I thought the pot roast was better than the Mac but overall a good kind of junk food indulgence.
