Well, I might post on a thread because of who starts it (but not very often at all). But I would never not post on a thread because of who started it unless I was really mad at them or something.

I usually do unless there's like fifteen pages of content there or if it's a random thread. If it's random, I just look at the previous few posts to know what's going on.

I use it sometimes. I do like it though, especially double quoting.

Hm, that's a tough one 'cause most of the threads I would start have either been started by someone else or already posted by me. I've wondered whether I should start a message board someday, but the odds of that happening are pretty slim.

I post based on topic and whether it interests me at the moment. I never post on a thread based on who starts it.

If I must quote someone to get a point across, I will. But I don't quote just to quote. I don't know whether I like it or not lol, I never thought about it that way.

There are lots of threads that make me wonder why they would be started lol. I like worth while threads. Threads that do nothing for anything annoy me lol.

Define random. I hate the kind of threads that are there just to boost post count. I respect the posters who post for reason more, and not just to boost post count. Those who have a large post count but nothing to show for it don't have much respect from me. I always respect everyone the way they should be. If the random threads are entirely useless and meaningless, I consider them post boosters.

Yes & No. If it's a post by someone I've come to love what they talk about and just pretty much think they're snazzy, then yeah, I will post on it.

I don't post because of the starter but I do not post because of one. Especially if they're a known or if their grammar is so bad that it would take too much energy to force myself to not correct it.
