posting a picture

Can someone help me with posting pictures? When I "drag and drop" a photo it just goes to a file link at the bottom of the post. I want to have the picture in with my text. How do I do this? Copy/paste doesn't work. I right click copy on my picture but when I go into the text to past it, paste is not an option I can click on.

When you drag & drop, you'll get a thumbnail underneath the post window that looks like this:


Click on the "full image" link to actually put the picture in the post:
