Postcards at DWR?

Anyone been to DW recently and noticed the cost of postcards?

I was at the Post Office today and found Disney postcards for .25 (they are themed like the stamps). Since I have to send 25 post cards, do you think I should buy a few of them for the little ones who know no difference? OR are the cards at DW not too much higher in $?

I bought a pack of 10 Disney World postcards for only a few dollars ( I want to say it was $4 or under)

Yes but does that .25 also count as postage or just the post card and then you have to stamp it?????
