Postcard or Code for November thru December?

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone stayed onsite using a code for staying during the November/December months? I'm considering a quick trip during December, but I don't know if I should book now or if I should wait! Ahhh!!!! Any help would be great...thanks!!

We stayed at the YC in November with an AP rate of $169 +tax. The code rate for the same period was $179.

I noticed you've stayed at the YC several times. Don't you just love it !!

Haven't gotten one yet but I did receive a postcard last year for Nov.-Dec. trips. I believe it was Moderates for $84 or so on the postcard then you had to call to get the rates for the other hotels. Hoping we get one this year because we want to go in Dec. to AKL!!

I got a quote from CRO for a 4-nite stay @ the YC this December: about $162.90/nt, including tax! If that is true, then that is a steal! If a postcard comes during that time, an even GREATER steal!!!

We stayed at WL for Thanksgiving week for $129/ night, and used codes adv. in local newspaper. I think mousesavers.com says that discount codes for Nov. & Dec, are out in August. Check out www.mousesavers.com.

We are planning on staying at YC in Nov. I was wondering... Is it better to go ahead and book YC now and then call back and apply AP discount to the revervation, or just wait until the ap rates come out and book? The only problem is that you have to pay 1 nite in advance and the rate now is pretty expensive...What should I do?
