Sorry about that! I guess I should of worded the title differently!

Hi everyone from Susan, Lisa and Julie.

Trip so far has been absolutely "Magical". Crowds are definitely up but we're still managing to get everything done. POFQ is beautiful...we're in building 4 (right beside the main building) which is great for the food court. Room is lovely and transportation is fantastic!!

So far we've eaten at the following: Boma, LTT, RFC (2X), Kona Cafe (for Tonga Toast), Grand Floridian Tea, Ghirardelli, Fountainview Bakery, Trails End Buffeteria, Pecos Bills, Food Court (both here at POFQ and at POR). Still on our itinerary: Beaches & Cream for the "kitchen sink"...we have to order it just for the pictures , Chef Mickey's & Crystal Palace.

We've been to all of the parks at least once...will be at MGM again tomorrow morning. The only parade/show we haven't seen yet is the Stars & Motorcars Parade.

We'll be spending Tuesday night at Universal's HRH (for FOTL) then back to POP for our last 3 nights. We'll be spending our last day (Friday) at MK and heading back on Saturday morning.

The weather has been beautiful and we've managed to avoid what little rain we've had so far. Today was a relax/shopping day and we went to the Orlando Premium Outlets. I think we're off to DTD shortly on the Sassagoula River Boat.

We'll try to post again before we leave. TTFN

PS...for those of you wondering why my DIS name is DisneyLisa...it's because I found the DIS board when I was planning a trip to WDW with my DD (Lisa). I remember trying some name with Susan in it and it was taken, so I just typed in "DisneyLisa" and it accepted the name. I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd ever meet or correspond with anyone on an Internet Board. Then I went to a Hamilton DIS Babes lunch and my "secret" was out. LOL There...mystery solved...I feel better now.

We loved our stay at the french quarter last april, the room is done up so beautifully, and the grounds are pretty. Loved taking the boat to dtd,

Susan and Julie, I still remember our first meeting with the dis babes at Limeridge Mall.

Hi Susan and Lisa,
I am glad that you guys are having a great time....though I wish DD and I were there with you! I told you that you would like the POFQ , didn't I. Well now you know where we should go for our Dis Babes trip next year.
Our weather here has been Florida-like with hot muggy days and thunderstorms.
Can't wait to see all your photos and hear about your trip when you get back! ( you are coming back ?- I take it )

We're at the HRH now and just got back to our room. We arrived at around noon and our room was ready so after touring the resort a bit, we headed over to US/IOA in the rain (it's been raining off and on for two days ). The rain stopped and we managed to get all the rides we wanted done at both parks with FOTL...it's definitely a great bonus to staying on-site. Waiting in line at WDW will be hard to take after basically walking right on most rides here. BUT...we all feel it lacks the Magic of Disney and are really anxious to get back for our last few days there.

The HRH is beautiful and DD loves the theming...guitars everywhere. The pool looks great and although we originally booked a cabana for today & tomorrow, we cancelled today's because it was raining and tomorrow's because we don't think we'll really get much use out of it (we're too anxious to get back to Mickey. ). Tomorrow is suppose to be sunny so after a few hours by the pool it'll be off to POP and the "Land of the Mouse".

So glad to see they're having a great time at WDW. That's a pretty impressive list of "eateries" ! Now I know where to go when I want a restaurant review

Mary-Liz: You can add Margaritaville, a Cocktail and Creme Brulee at the Poly's Tambu Lounge & Chef Mickey's to our growing list of dining experiences.

So sorry the weather is not cooperating but hey better to be there and raining then here and raining which it has been!

Hi everyone, I arrived back home late yesterday afternoon and Susan and her DD should be home now, after stopping to stay last night with a friend in Kitchener.

We had a great 2 weeks visiting Mickey and it's hard to believe that it is all over. The parks were very busy and coupled with the heat and humidity, I'm amazed at all that we managed to do. I think I will sleep for a week to recover! Susan has most of the pictures we both took and downloaded onto her laptop and I'm looking forward to seeing all the fun we had.

Now I just have to get all the inevitable laundry done and the house back in order. DH and the boys kept it relatively neat but I had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen counters right off the bat. Their idea of "clean" and mine, aren't quite the same! I have hope that those indoor plants and a couple of outdoor planters that didn't receive enough water, will recover with a boost of Miracle Grow!

I don't know about an official trip report but I'll try to answer any questions.

The Laundry can wait!

Besides, it's the machine that will do it! In between loads you can write!

Glad to hear you guys made it safely!
