Just a few notes on our eating experiences:

1) Le Cellier was both of our favourites, by far, delish!
2) Rose & Crown was my fave on our last visit, I was someat disappointed this time, found the starter and main course to be a bit sickly.
3) Big River Grille was very nice, Nachos were gorgeous!
4) Coral Reef was a bit of a disappointment, the setting is lovely, but we had the misfortune of dining at the same time as a lot of tired (and very whiny) children and the food was just ok.
5) California Grill was yummy, I would say it was worth 1 and a half TS credits!
6) Beaches & Cream was another enjoyable restaurant, and reasonably priced too for anyone paying OOP. Dessert - wow!

This deserves a post all on its own...

Make your own candy from Goofy's Candy Co. in DTD

I got a modest choice.. pretzel rods dipped in dark chocolate, then covered in peanuts, and drizzled with caramel
IMG_0474.jpg

My boyfriend got a not-so-modest choice... marsh mellows dipped in milk chocolate, the half-covered in reese's peanut butter cup pieces, then sprinkled with oreo crumbs and rainbow sprinkles... oh yeah then drizzled with white chocolate... WHEW!
IMG_0472.jpg

When he got the form and saw all of the yummy choices he immediately asked the CM if he can get any amount of toppings. The CM said "if we can fit it on there, you can get it"

As you can see, his eyes were lit up. From the time he filled out the form, to when the CM was making it... and then when he was about it eat it:

Meryll83, what's that dish from Rose and Crown that you posted right after the fish and chips and before the dessert? It looks good. And speaking of dessert, that looks especially good, too-what is that? And what's the dessert you've posted from Coral Reef? That one also looks good, and since they changed the chocolate lava cake, I don't like it as much and want to try something different next trip. Also, when did you take the picture at Yacht Club Galley with the Mickey waffles? I'm hoping it's recent, so that I can go there for Mickey waffles. I know they have them at Cape May, but I was looking for a change. That's what I love about these threads-you get to see food that you didn't know was offered. Here's my contribution today-a dessert from Spoodles.

These are pics from Cinderella's Gala Feast at the Grand Floridian Cafe (while 1900 park fare is being refurbished)

Strawberry Soup (this is absolutely amazing...I can't stop thinking about it)

Silly question, but is the square thing in the middle of the strawberry soup edible? What is it?
Thanks!!

I'm sorry I can't remember the names of a lot of the things!
The Rose & Crown main was some kind of beef pot roast.
The dessert we had there - mine was a chocolate tart thing, and Si had chocolate mousse - think it was possibly Bailey's and Jack Daniel's flavoured but I can't quite remember. Maybe the menus section will help!
The dessert from the Coral Reef was the Chocolate Wave.
We were at WDW from Sept 29 - Oct 13th, so yes the Yacht Club Galley breakfast was pretty recent :thumbsup2

Can everyone please, please, please label their pictures!!! I would love to know where some of those yummy looking things came from. Thanks!
