Hey everyone! This is my first post as a non-lurker! I have some pix to post with a pretty interesting angle: My boyfriend and I, FL residents with seasonal passes don't use the DDP!

Err.. anyway yeah we are in the minority here... but also makes us more critical and picky about what we eat.. We don't use the DDP because it doesn't pay out to buy the xtra 1 day passes for the package... & we also get room discounts for being fl residents and such.

All of this food is yummy! Boyfriend, 22, is a meat and potatoes kind of guy, he hates any vegetables or fruit with a passion but loves chocolate and sweets.

Me, on the other hand, is mostly vegetarian. The only meat products i eat are seafood related.. and not even gelatin so i can't have mousse

So I hope to get my pictures on photobucket soon and post away!! And you guys are great! I love the pix!

Peach Punch---I like peach schnapps so I jumped at this.

Coconut Shrimp for appetizer---I got Cobb salad for entree, but I'm sure you guys have seen a hundred pictures of it. I ordered the Cobb with no blue cheese and loved it.

White chocolate cheesecake

Afternoon Tea I chose the Buckingham Palace and got Mad Hatter Tea (blend of passion fruit, pomegranate & vanilla)

Tea sandwiches were cucumber w/watercress, shrimp salad, chicken salad, egg salad, pear w/gorgonzola and onion tart. Faves were chicken salad & egg salad. Didn't like onion tart and pear.

For my dessert option, I got strawberries and cream which I was disappointed with...strawberries were not sweet and I didn't know it was just Cool Whip on top. Next time I'll get the 2 pastries.

After looking at your pics, my DH wants to try Boma on our next trip. Thanks for the pics of tea at the GF. I would love to go to it our one of our trip, but my 2 DH think it's "way too girly".
Also, I like your avatar. My DH played football for Southlake back in the days of Chris Brown in the early 90's. We still try to follow the team. GO DRAGONS!!

I remember seeing on a Travel Channel show about how the Disney chefs came up with their final choice for a Mac 'n' Cheese recipe. They had kids taste test them to find the best! It was pretty fun to watch.

They could've sent it ALL to me!

My favorite right now is Boston Market macaroni and cheese, but I'll happily replace that with the Disney version.

Do you think if we have ADR's at O'hanas that they we could purchase some hawaiian bread and mac nut butter??? It seems like I just want to eat at the Poly ... ...and that's it!

Sorry, you don't order at O'hanas, they just bring a bit of everything to your table. Don't worry, they have more than enough to satisfy you there. Yum!

You need to post your pictures at a site such as photobucket then use the insert image button in your DIS post to add the link to your image. Hope this helps!
