We are going to the part on Oct 21. It's on our honeymoon! We were hoping to wear our wedding attire, but now I think that even with my dress bustled, it'll be too long? I was really looking forward to it.

Anyone have any cute honeymooning costume ideas??

Not honeymoon, but 17th anniv. the night of our party. DH is wearing, black tux tshirt and probably black shorts with a Mickey ears tophat. Me, a wite skirt and a tshirt with rhinestone Disney bride iron on. I will also have minnie bride ears. Might iron on something funny on the backs of the shirts. Searching the creative disigners boards for ideas.

I am a Cast Member so I really have free reign when to go. I will definitely be at one of the late September parties, but I'll be darned if I don't go to more than one after putting in work for one of my most expensive Halloween costumes yet.


Edit: also, if your DH dresses as the tenth doctor (I am ASSUMING you will be one of the companions then) you must tell me when you go, so I can go as well.

Finalising our costumes now for my Cheshire cat, I have cat ears and tail which were white but I've painted pink stripes on them. Short pink and white stripe dress (with shorts underneath) and pink and white leg warmers. Ive also got some bright pink eyeshadow and bright pink nail varnish, plus will paint my nose. Also two strips of bright pink hair extensions for my hair.

For DH and Gurgi, we've got him a blonde wig which I'll style all messy, going to try and make him a moustache out of leftover hair. He will wear his beige short sleeved top and cargo shorts. We've also bought him a plastic apple to wear around his neck and will paint his nose black.

Hope it will all look ok!

I think I forgot to post what my group costume was. We have three couples, the men will be the Beagle boys and the girls will be Huey, Dewey and Louis from Duck Tails.

I will be going to the September 30th Halloween Party as Veruca Salt from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! My costume is nearly complete - I got a simple red dress and added buttons - I'll wear it with white tights, a white collared shirt underneath, a black belt, and black Mary Janes.


Once I put it all together, I realized it looked a little bit like Little Orphan Annie... so I needed something to make sure it said "I want it NOW!" While looking at other costumes on the internet, I saw someone who had made a clutch purse into her Golden Ticket, and I copied her idea.


I got a little clutch/wallet at Target and spraypainted it gold. I cut the Wonka letters out of felt, and since taking the picture I had my roomie write "Golden Ticket" on there. It's a good size for my park ticket and some cash AND it works with my costume. YAY!

My friend Kerri did this last year!!!!! She looked AMAZING!!!!!! A piece of advice, though--- Make sure you get a lollipop! LOADS of people still thought she was Annie even with the golden ticket!!!!

This year, I'm making the "redhead" costume from the Pirates of the Caribbean, complete with rope belt! I'll be there October 5th, my friends and I can't wait! I'll be dying of heat, but at what price fabulousness??

We were going to try to do a group costume, but we all live really far away from each other and have varying sewing skill levels.

We will be there on 9/25 and are half done with our costumes. This is our first MNSSHP and I can't wait! I only wanted to dress up a little bit, so I got a cute Candy Land dress I saw online. DD will be Princess Peach. I had ordered DS a ninja costume, but had to send it back because it didn't fit. So, we are back to square one with him. DH isn't into dressing up, so I'll just find him some sort of t-shirt to wear. 6 weeks to go so I better get moving!

I was chopping a blond wig I bought from ebay on DH last night to make it Gurgi-like. After finishing that and adding brown floppy felt ears, leftover hair as a moustache and a black nose he looked hilarious

I will be attending the 9/21 Party with my two sons (13 and 4), my Mom and Sister. I talked them into a Peter Pan theme. My 4yo will be Peter Pan, My 13yo willbe the Croc, I will be Wendy, my Sister is going as Tiger Lily and my Mom decided on.....Nana the dog! She goes by Nana for my kids and thinks being Nana the dog will be fun. I can't wait to see the pictures we can have taken!

My DD9 is named Athena, so we are going as Greek Gods/Goddesses. She will be Athena (of course), I am going as Nike, DH is going as Hercules, DGM is going as Hera and DGF is going as Zeus. Can't wait!!

Love all the ideas. We are going on the 30th and we are buying our daughter the beautiful wedding rapunzel dress and we have her booked for the BBB. We have the knights package at BBB for our son and are going to attempt to put together a Flynn costume for him.

2 years ago I made a Mary Poppins maid outfit and my 3 guys were all chimney sweeps. We were all very hot! We got lots of compliments!

This year we are going October 23rd, I think, and I am making us all matching hawaiian shirts and I will get some silk leis at the party store. Since we are going on a cruise right before our stay at WDW, I thought I could kill two birds with one outfit. LOL!

We are mega dorks when it comes to Halloween, so there is NO question that we would be dressing up. This is DS's 1st MNSSHP, we are super excited for it. We will be getting off the Dream the morning of 10/18 and heading straight to MK and staying for the party that night.

My hubby and I finally got our costumes together! He's going as a Run-DMC looking rapper complete with blowup boom box
and I'm dressing up in 80's as well, I might even carry my Barbie and the Rockers lunchbox with me!
