On hold this morning for maybe 5 minutes. Then a wonderful CM assisted me in getting everything we wanted for our week Jun 19-26: Mama Melrose (twice), Sci Fi, BOMA, Biergarten, Tuttos, Ohanas, Tonys, Plaza, RFC at AK, and TRex and Planet Hollywood in DTD. All through 407 WDW DINE except TRex--that you have to dial direct.
Had a bit of trouble with Ohanas--first time ever--we had to take a 5:10 because anything after 7pm would have the 4 of us at 2 tables weird.

I dialed at 7 got through at7:30;transferred at 7:35 because cm screen wasn't working- I got through at 8 and got the following: 7:30 june 18 coral reef. June 19 10:30 am breakfast hollywood and vine. 4:00 le cellier. 9:30 citricos. June 20 - river grill lunch. Planet hollywood dinner. June 21 - mama melrose lunch narcosee dinner. June 22 - crystal palace lunch yak and yeti dinner. June 23 - tutto italia lunch. Flying fish dinner. June 24 prime time cafe lunch. Dinner yachtsmen steakhouse. I got everything I wanted very happy

And I was able to get all of the restaurants that I wanted too!

I got what I wanted Chef Mickey's on June 25 for dinner and a good time, and Hollywood and Vine for breakfast on June 21- only after being on hold for 1 hour 11 minutes!! And I called at exactly 7am!! At least it's done now.

Was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes (called at 7:00 a.m.sharp), but I got all my ADRs, including Le Cellier (this is our family's first visit to the World and my first attempt at making ADRs, so I feel very lucky!) My only disappointment is not getting Chef Mickey for our arrival date. Had to book 2 days later. Believe me, though, I'll get over it!

Sorry you couldn't get CM,, but we are also booked for 1900 PF on June 20th as we are getting in earlier that day.

As for CM, I suggest you try calling back - the person I dealt with today said there are still bugs in the new system and she had a terrible time getting CP as it kept showing up as 5am when she was searching for a supper time for us.

I called this morning at 7:00 am. I was on hold for about an hour. The CM that helped me was great! We were working on my last reservation when the system went down. She said we have to start all over and was very apologetic. She re-booked everything without a problem. The reservation times were actually a little better the second time around.

Ok, I am a little late to the game. We just booked our trip last week for May 30-June 6th. I called last week and was nervous because I was within the 90 day window. I still managed to get most of what I wanted (a couple earlier times, but oh well).

We have called Disney Dining four times now and all of the CM's have been wonderful. They are so apologetic when it is slow and are careful to double check everything!

...my first time on the DDP was 12/07 and it was 10 nights of pure gluttony We are doing 14 nights this trip and I know we will have counter service and snack credits left I'm trying to lose 10 pounds so it will be o.k. if I gain 10 pounds, that way I'll break even ...

I just hope my kids keep sleeping! They both have high temps and have been miserable all weekend. They don't know about this trip so I'm trying to do this without them knowing.
