I called today.....had problems getting thru at first (we're in central time). When I finally did, it was 6:10a. I was on hold for about an hr before someone came on to take my ressies - argh! No problem though, b/c at first, I didn't get the Tuskerhouse lunch one and then called back @ 9am and got it and made a BBB ressie @ MK on my dd's 8th bday @ the time I wanted!

I will be calling early on 3/29. This is our first trip with our 2 grandsons (2yo and 8month old) and their parents DD, DSIL, DS and DDIL. We are staying in a GV at SSR so will have several meals in the villa. The first night we are staying in studios and added the QS plan for that night. planning dinner at either Artist Palette at SSR or WPE. FC breakfast, then lunch at the food court in the Land. Here are the list of ADRs
1. 6/29 -Lunch Crystal Palace (everyone)
2. 6/30 -Le Cellier (me and DH) celebrating our 35th Anniversary
3. 7/1 - LeCellier (DD and DSIL) celebrating their 4th Anniversary (we are babysitting
4. 7/1 - Wolfgang Puck upstairs dining room (DS and DDIL) babysitting
5. 7/2 - Chef Mikey's Dinner (everyone) celebrating 5 birthdays with a special cake

We are not sure how the little guys will do so not alot of ADRs for this trip.

We called this morning and got everything we wanted within 15 minutes of what we wanted. It took about an hour and a half to do but was well worth it. We did call at 4am so I am tired.

Called this morning at 6am CST and was answered by the first CM in two minutes. Then transferred to the new system and CM answered after about 35 minutes. She was very nice and we spent the next 30 minutes placing the following ADR's:

*wanted Tusker House breakfast but CM said there were NO times available*


June 10 - Raglan Road 8:15pm

June 11 - Narcoossee's 6:10pm (Birthday dinner!)

June 12 - Teppan Edo 6:00pm *originally wanted Le Cellier this day but wasn't available so took it on June 8 instead*

June 13 - 50's Prime Time 12:30pm *wanted Sci Fi - not available*
Garden Grill 7:00pm

June 14 - O'Hana 6:20

June 15 - Plaza 12:10pm

Overall, I'm very happy with it all!
