That way you are not working the whole 8 hour shift. Also, since you are not regularly scheduled you get a bit more pay on the hour. Wonder if hospitals near you do that ariel 75

I don't cope well with change either. 
i have a little job at the moment at the doctors surgery round the corner from me i only work 1.5 hours mon-thurs and 2 hours friday covering lunch breaks and i get the school holidays off. suits at the moment but i want a change soontaeja71 said:That would make it hard.
