I only took a few shots this week to experiment with exposure compensation, but this one actually turned out alright.

Here's mine (Since I already posted my four favorite horsey pictures from last week Here before I saw this thread...) I like the way the little thorns on this little guy kind of poke right into the depth of field.

tinks dad, what lens do you have? i am thinking i might upgrade to a better macro...i like mine but the 1:1 filter is really picky as far as distance etc...unless i get a teleconverter. and i do want one for a little more reach..decisions decisions

It's the Nikkor 105mm Macro. Older lens without the VR, but it takes great pictures!! Picked it up on ebay for $210. I like the range. Reports have many people liking the 60mm range as well. I know Canon has several macro options.

We have a flying squirrel that frequents our bird feeder at night. Occasionally, we are able to get a picture of him. Here is one from last week. Once, we did capture him in "flight" (they really glide), but that wasn't taken last week, so I'll have to post that another day in another thread.
