I buy a lot of Meijers and Spartan brands of various things.

I LOVE the Target brand baby wipes. They are my absolute favorite...they don't dry out in the wipe warmer and the bottom wipes don't get soggy. They're the best!

Has anyone used Kirkland's brand laundry detergent? I usually use Tide with Bleach. Kirkland did not say "with bleach" on it, does it work as well as Tide with Bleach - anybody know???

Albertson's Root Beer (and Diet Root Beer) is excellent. I actually prefer it to Barq's/Mug and A&W (canned ... A&W at one of their restaurants is good)

I also like Sam's Club's "Members Mark" brand jeans and shorts.

I just recently discovered Publix garbage bags! I am VERY picky about trash bags, they HAVE to be thick enough and tough enough to survive my clumsy kid's trip to the dumpster.. ... and these are just as good as the most expensive brand! And MUCH cheaper!

so many helpful ideas...thanks all...I wanted to post about using FOR EYES for eye exams/contacts/glasses. DH/DD and I all went there for all of the above....over a year later DH was STILL trying to get a proper lens/fit for his contacts...DD glasses perscription was WAY off, and after 6 months of trying to get my gas perm lenses right I gave up. Went back to our EXPENSIVE eye care place, and within 2 weeks we are all back to normal. I learned the hard way about this "knock-off" not being worth it. We had seen 3 different optometrists at For Eyes, so it was not just one who did not not what they were doing.
Robin, I wish we had Publix...I just posted on the other thread of mine asking if anyone had any kitchen garbage bag suggestions! I'll tell my mom tho...she's at Publix all the time.

My question is...how do all of you who buy knock off pet products--dog biscuits..know they are just as good?
