I got up this morning and made a carrot cake from scratch. It had been a long time since I made the last one. It will be dessert, after Easter dinner if I can wait that long!

Here on the PB, we can all share our desserts without gaining any calories!

Those are stuffed mushrooms. I actually cheat and buy the seafood stuffing from the fish counter at the supermarket. Everyone loves them.

Yes, it's angelfood..the cake itself is pink, green and white. I'd show you a picture of a slice, but it's all gone!
