Post your Black Friday Deals here!!!

Started at Target this morning. I stood in line for 10 minutes and once the doors opened I was in and out in 15 minutes. Would have been sooner if I did not turn my back long enough for someone to steel my cart.

Video Rocker $33.00
Star Wars Transformers $15.00
Robopet $30.00

Next stop was Pep Boys. They were handing out $10.00 gift cards. Got an electric scooter for $59.00 minus the $10.00, it was $49.00. I do have to mail in a $10.00 rebate.

Went to Kohl's---there was nothing in that store worth standing in those lines for, moved on to KB Toys. There were only a few people in there but there really was nothing I needed. Got two GBA games for $30.00, deal or no deal card game at $9.99 each and a hand held 20 questions game for $4.99, or maybe it was $5.99. That was all. No great bargains.

Headed to Macys where I tried in vain to use the $10.00 coupon. Sooo many restrictions. I did get a robe off the clearance rack for $13.99.

Best buy----pay as you go flip phone for $9.99, some DVD's and a video game for DH.

Costco----Two sets of Mens Dockers lounge sets for $13.99/each. They had 2 pack video games for $14.99 so I picked up a few packages of those.

Shop Rite----20inch flat screen TV for $69.00.

I am sure there is more, just can't think straight. I consider today a success. Right up until 5:30 a.m. I had no intentions of even going out. Glad I did though.

I had great sucess today as well. My little sister who is 16 and her friend wanted to come BF shopping with my other sister and I. So we all hung out and didn't sleep (big mistake!) and we left to get into Walmart line at 2:30am. I really wanted the 20in $68 tv for us and for my grandparents. There were about 15 people in line already at 2:30... by 4am there were hundreds! By 5am, it was insane! The police did a great job with the line and there ended up only being one lame line jumper. At 5am when they opened, we filed inside and my little sister and her friend took off to the tvs, they were not crazy about it, just quick and the employees got such a kick out of them, we were laughing our rears off! By the time we caught up, they each were proudly holding a tv... there were only 8 of them or so in all, so we were very happy to have gotten them!

At Walmart I got:

2 of the $68 tvs

the $30 GE Microwave

The $3.xx toaster

The Cat In The Hat for $1.68

The $14 sheets

4 of the $2.50 towels (these are SO nice, huge and soft)

ANDDDD A TMX Elmo!!! They had gotten 4 of them in and were putting them out and my sister and I jumped on them! And they were on sale, $33.xx!

Then we went over to Target, it was exactly 6am when we got there and were very surprised how large the line was, I didn't think it would be that big, probably 500 or so in line. We just took our time getting out of the car and by the time we got to the front, the end of the line was going in. Easy and simple.

At Target I got:

$12.99 Cars Sheet set

$19 Black & Decker Griddle

.99 cent 2pc magic gloves (will be perfect for our NYC trip next week!)

Then we went to the mall, got the free globes at JC Penney. Didn't buy anything in Gymbo (gasp). Bought the $5 Wallflower refills at B&BW. And by that time I was feeling the no sleep thing so we headed home.

I am very very pleased with my day. The microwave, sheets, toaster & griddle are for my dh for Christmas so he's almost done now! And we really needed that tv. Plus a TMX Elmo to boot, awesome.

Arrived in Walmart parking lot at 4:50 am - what a MADHOUSE, this is my first BF, and I've never seen anything like it before. I just got the remote control chevy silverado $20 for my nephew, Vtech system $30, Cat in the Hat & Hulk DVD $1.88/each, men's pj set $9, crayola playdoh center $15.
I actually could have shopped a little more, but it was just too crazy and I was feeling like I was suffocating.

Went over to Target, they had nothing I wanted, no CPK, no LPS, no CD's that I wanted, left promptly

Went to Toys R Us, it was a little before 7am - I was expecting a zoo, wasn't bad at all, got the Monster House DVD 7.99, Charlottes Web DVD $4.99, Spongebob Movie $7.99, 3 pack of dolls in pj's $9.99, huge playdoh set $9.99
Was in and out in about 15 minutes

Went into the DS - a zoo!! Got the ariel infared remote control car $29 plus 20% off, 5 different really cute t-shirts for the girls $9.50 with 40% off, and an additional 20% off that, an ariel tea set in a teapot $10 plus 20% off - some good deals in there

Finally Kohls - the WORST store in all - got a few shirts for different people, but the line extended to the customer service area in the back of the store. I got on the line at 9:00, got to the register at 9:55 - it was the longest amount of time I spent anywhere the whole day. They did seem to have some good deals, but buy that time I was very tired and just wanted to go home

Don't know if I will be doing it again next year unless there are things for sale that I REALLY want, also helps that my dd's slept over my parents house last night so I could go at it alone today!!

My son started at K-Mart and got a 20 inch flat screen TV for $69. Going to take it back the picture is worse than on the old set. :confused3
I went to Staples and got a 1 GB flash drive for $7.99, a $60 portable DVD player and a 60 GB external drive and a free surge protector. They only had about 10 of the DVD players and one family bought 6. Glad I got mine before they walked in the door. They were having trouble with their registrars and it took forever to check out. They had a good system but just got bogged down.
We both went to Circuit City, what a mad house. My Brother was there and he found what he wanted in 15 minutes and stood in line for 3 hours to pay for it. :furious:
Crowds were just wild everywhere.

My DH and two of his friends went to Best Buy. They lined up last night around 7:30 pm. There were already some people there. They each got the computers on sale and laptops. They wanted them for their business. Well it was POURING rain pretty much all night. So my DH and his friends brought our pop up canopy tent. :rotfl2: The people in front of him and behind him stood under the tent with them and they all watched DVD's. :happytv: DH got home around 7am and took my place in bed. (the kids slept in our bed) I headed out to the mall. I found nothing that interested me at The Disney Store. :guilty: I then headed over to JcPenney and got little globe. Still nothing I wanted. I then went to CVS and got a $20.00 DVD player. I went over to KB toys and was going to purchase a few things but did not want to wait in the long line. I then went to Best Buy hoping to price match to get Little Mermaid for 8.99 (Circuit City had that price) I did not see any, plus the lines were LONG. I then went across to Target and got a few 3.xx DVD's, Pirate's DVD 8.xx, knex, a glow doodle bear (7.00 ones) Target does not price match so still no Mermaid. I then realized that there was a circuit city close by and still they were out. So I headed to another CVS and got another 20.00 DVD player (they will be for the kids room) I asked if they price match and they said yes. SO I decided on two Mermaid DVDs and then was told oh we only price match a competiors pharmacy (walgreens and so on) Went home. Headed back out to Walmart and they had some sales still so we got few DVD's.

My SIL and I got to Kohl's at 4:40am, the line went from the right side door all the way around to the back on the left hand sid of the building..We waited on the side until the line came around and we were in and out at 5:30am! We took turns waiting in line (which started by shoes), it worked wonderful!
Got 3 Featherbeds for 34.99 each
2 Flannel PJ's 9.99 each
1 Sheetset, 1000 threadcount for 79.99
Throw 8.99 (Holly patteren/green)
St Nicholas accessorie, Kids going downhill on sleds 39.99

Went to Target not looking for anything special but got
Jeans for DD 7.99 each
3 of the 2-pack Magical Gloves 99 cents each
Greys Anatomy DVD Season1 for 8.98!!!!

Ordered online at BestBuy, 2GB Sandisk is already shipped, Camcorder for $159 backordered (though bought Thursday morning at 7am), Disney Max camera for 49.99, picking up in store tomorrow..umm oh, I ordered the St Nick's Downhill Ski -doowopper for 34.99 - 10% off and no shipping from Kohl's later when we got back to the house! Added some other items to make the $75 free shipping, but still stuff I need :goodvibes

I'm done shopping now :rotfl2:

This year I sat out the Black Friday rush. However, I still got the following done today:

Woke up about 645 AM and got going after 800AM
Best Buy today 2 of the 2 gig flash drives (should have bought last night)
Pioneer Inno XM radio for $199 with $50 rebate, plus free car kit and antenna headphones (was not available online) I did not think this would be available, but I still got it!

Hey LIZinSTL
HS musical t-shirt $10.99 (used $10 off coupon)

my macys had the HS musical T-shirts on sale for $6.99. I couldnt believe they were regularly priced $22.00.. :confused3

I did not plan on shopping today, but I went to Walmart anyway..got there at about 10:00 AM.
I got the $49 portable DVD player for DS8 , and a $29 Lexmark Printer..awesome!

Then I went to Penny's, everything had been picked over.

I went to Walgreen's because I heard they had Tide for $1.99
I got that and a $9.99 85 PC Magnetix set for DS10...he loves playing with those!

Oh! And at Old Navy I got a black cashmere sweater $30, a button down shirt for DH $10 and some tanks 2 for $10.

Didn't buy much but I had fun. I am happy! :sunny:

I went to Limited Too today to get some Nintendo DS games. Everything was Buy 1 Get 1 half off plus I had Too Bucks. Soooo... I ended up getting 2 Nintendo games and 2 Animal Crossing games and 2 Littlest Pet Shop pets (2 packs) for... $61...It doesn't seem right but it is!!!

Got to Wal-Mart about 4am. Got the $50.00 DVD player and the MP3 player.

Off to TRU, for the Bella dance thing and some Star wars and POTC stuff. Also got the $25.00 electronic battleship price matched at Wal-Mart.

Off to Target for the POTC DVD, games and $15.00 Star Wars transformer.

Then to Kohl's for some clothes for the in-laws.

TRU was the worse, over an hour to check-out. I heard the Wal-Mart near us had 7 of the 52" TV's and the 7 who got them were there at 7pm last night.

Sorry nothing is worth me sleeping on a department store floor for.

oh I forgot - while I was in line at best buy, there were two large men in a fist fight. a female worker broke them up.

I had my alarm set for 4am to head to Wal-Mart. I just wanted small stuff, I didn't need any electronics this year. I rolled over at 8am...eeck! By the time I called and woke my mom (I was her human alarm clock) got ready and got out the door, it was 9:30. Oh well!

So we went off to Wal-Mart and I price matched everything so I wouldn't miss deals because of our late start. I got:

2 Han Solo/Chewbacca Transformers/Star Wars figures (pretty darn cool) for $15 - price matched Target ($28.88 at WM)
Hitch DVD ($3.99 Sears)
The Little Mermaid DVD ($8.99 Circuit City)
Memoires of a Geisha ($3.98 I think Circuit City)
$12 fuzzy robes, the ones that had been $22. They were sort of silky and fuzzy, I liked them a lot.

Then I went off to CVS because I had EBCs expiring. I got
4 2-liters of Sprite for $1.77 total
a ionic type hairdryer for $10 (instead of $30)
and 2 pooh plush type toys for baby gifts ($10 for 2)
It was all free tho, left over fun money from the Oct CVS deals.

We went to big lots and just got some rubbermaid tupperware type items, a Fisherprice Chatty Phone (do you remember those? the ones with the strings that the baby call pull all over the house?) and a Barbie sweater. We spent $10.

I wish I had gotten some of the $10 Fisher Price Activity walkers for baby shower gifts from WM since I know of 4 babies coming next year (three by plane!). I already had one for myself, I just wasn't thinking, they had a full pallet of them.

I bought the bulk of my Christmas gifts at TJ Maxx last week, so after I buy multiples of Superman Returns and Pirates 2 on Tuesday for my movie buckets I'll be done :)

I was not up as early as I wanted, but left the house around 7:45 and headed to Circuit City. It was packed in the parking lot and worse in the store. Pretty much everything I wanted was gone, but I got a webcam for 9.99 after rebate. Got through the line quicker that I thought, so not too bad. Walked across the street to Target because I knew I'd never be able to find a spot. Was very pleasantly suprised that not only were there no lines, but they had everything I wanted in stock except for the Memory Game. They had pallets of stuff that was in the add and was restocking the shelves when they ran out of it in the regular place. I got all the 3.99 games and get to send in the 2.00 rebate someone told me about earlier for those! Got the 19" LCD tv for 179.99. Only one person in line in front of me and tons of people working to check people out. Was thrilled with Target and will be sure to call customer service to tell them how great they did!!

Headed to Home Depot and Lowe's to get a few little things they had on sale. Then went to Bealls to get a couple of other things that weren't hugely exciting, but pretty good deals.

All in all I was thrilled that I got what I did and really only spent about 2 or so hours in 5 stores....and with a 4 year old that managed to not whine or go crazy once!!

This was the first year I went through all the ads and actually made a list of what I wanted in each store. It really saved me a lot of time!

AFter 6 am, went to Circuit City only to find the store open but the lines outside weren't moving at all. I took off for Kmart. I wanted to get their SD memory card and thumb drive.

Kmart for $70 (after rebate) portable dvd player. Agree with previous poster about product placed in terrible spots in the store. Hard to move around, but the staff was very nice. And checked out of there fast.

Target. Wanted $17 Idog (red), and checkout line wrapped from the front, around to the back by the seasonal stuff. Came back later in the day and found Idog there for $17 (woo hoo). Bought (2) Bratz radio control cars for $40 each. Bot really on sale, but cheaper than Walmart.

Late in the day, 3:00 pm, Toys R Us was cleaned out. All of their deals way gone.

No deals on Hannah Montana CD, so still looking. Some stores had it priced at $14 while discounting others like Chris Daughtry, Cheetah Girls and many others for $10.

Well I did not have to leave the house for my BLack Friday Deal,,, I wanted to get my daughter the electric Razor scooter from Sears,,It is was a on line order only item.... Originally $219.00,, I got it for $99.00!
I am one of a few people who got it accodring to CS,, when I called to verify the price!.. So,, excited! I really did not want to pay $219.00!

I did stop in to B&B to pick up some wall flowers! They make great gifts for $5.00!

Our walmart at 10pm tonight still had plenty of the $29.xx Lexmark all in one printer/scanners. Not the best resolution at 14ppm black and only 8 color, but OK for papers and general use scanning. I sold it to s2bx-DH for $50 :rotfl2:

I picked up the 5.6" digital picture frames from Ritz Camera at $69.99. They have a wood-look frame and play sound & AVIs in addition to the regular pics from multiple sources. A combo gift from DS(20) & I to my parents.

The best deals IMHO were the Walmart 1GB Impact SD cards at $13.xx (to go with the digital pic frame) and the
Old Navy $10 finds - I bought something for myself (and not business related) for a change! :teeth: Update- watch those fleece - the seams on mine were poorly sewn - I'll see if I can trade it off today, but I doubt they have any more in stock.

I got alot today-here's a few

Circuit City-Three 20" tvs with built in DVD players(one for my girls, one for the boys, and my dad wanted one) for $84.99(after rebate),Grey's Anatomy season one $8.99,Monster House $8.99.We had the tvs bought and loaded in fifteen minutes because they sent me to customer service so that I could get three rebates. After I got the DVDs I needed ,it took over an hour to check out.

Target-At 7:15 my sil got me the last hockey table.I think it was $39.99.I also got a scooter for $18.88.

Rackroom Shoes-B1G1 half off plus i had a $10 coupon.

Kohls-I got alot of stuff for good prices.Robes,pjs,hotwheels,etc.The line was LONG but very efficient.

I went to TRU but by the time I got there all the deals were gone. The store was a mess!

Gap-I got there after they stopped the 30% off but I got 15% off and i had $40 in reward bucks.I got a pair of jeans($29.50) and a sweatshirt($29.50) for around twenty dollars.

Now all I have to get is a bike for DS9 and I am done. There were no good sells on bikes this year.

Ashley Furniture Outlet.
20% off everything 7A-9A
I quess a lot of people don't buy furniture on Black Friday.
Only about 10 people in line.
I was in & out in 10 minutes.
Bought 2 end tables for the living room.
Saved $60.00 on the 2.
Didn't want or need anything else.
So went to work, than grocery shopped.
Grocery stores are quiet on Black Friday.

My DH and I slept in and did not go out until 11:00am :teeth: We went to Best Buy and it was ridiculously crowded so we left...headed to Target and got a $35.00 microwave for my DB, an acoustic guitar for $69.99, got DD an Elmo Aquadoodle for $18, and an 179.99 JVC mini-dv camcorder for me from Santa. :goodvibes We still have ALOT more shopping to do still! We have time, though! :teeth:
