To those of you who have booked ADRs--what times do you recommend for dinner in the parks? We have booked the following so far:

9/23 Le Cellier (5:40)
9/24 Biergarten (5:20)
9/25 50s prime Time (5:40)
9/26 Boma (7:30)
9/27 Counter Service (not sure where yet)
9/28 Hoop de do Revue (7:15)
9/29 Coral Reef (5:40)

We originally booked some of the dinners for before 6 pm to avoid crowds and be done with dinner in enough time to still enjoy the parks, parades, etc. Now we are wondering if maybe they are too early. Any thoughts?

if you don't have something to do such as get back for a parade, or wishes or illuminations, I'd probably schedule later such as 6:30 or 7:00. If you do, I'd leave em early. What we did, is on days we eat early, we do not eat anything for breakfast (not even a banana) and hit the lunch counters first thing they're open. That way we'll be hungry.
We do bring a case of bottled water with us but we also have to use a bunch of snacks on it too. We only bring 1 per person in the backpack and that weigh's heavy enough.

I got everything I wanted, except LTT which the CM said was closing early on Sept. 15(????). I also got most of the exact times I wanted! Yahoo!

9/14 - Teppanyaki(5:00) - 4 credits
9/15 - Chef Mickey's(5:00) - 8 credits(my parents too)
9/16 - Le Cellier(5:40) - 6 credits(my parents too)
9/18 - Kona Cafe'(9:00am) - 4 credits
9/19 - Boatwrights(6:20) - 4 credits
9/20 - San Angel Inn(1:45) - 4 credits
9/21 - 'Ohana(6:30) - 5 credits
9/22 - Grand Floridian Cafe'(1:30) - 4 credits
9/23 - Alfredo's(5:45) - 4 credits
9/24 - 1900 Park Fare(11:00am) - 5 credits

Which is equal for 48 credits and leaves us with 2 extra...don't know what I'll do with those...can they be used as CS credits???

Thanks so much for your help! We just made some changes to our dining times for our September Disney trip. We were worried that by the time we were done with all our counter service meals we'd be too stuffed for dinner, so we made the dinner times a little later.

Here's ours for our disneymoon Sept. 17-25, I'm not sure of the dates or times for each one, as I don't have them in front of me:

Trail's End (arrival day)
Tony's Town Square
Chef Mickey's
Cape May Breakfast
Alfredo's
Sci-Fi
50's Prime Time Cafe
Whispering Canyon (departure day)

9/29 ??? (late afternoon arrival day, then MNSSHP, so most likely no TS)
9/30 LTT 8:00pm
10/1 Boma 8:00pm
10/2 Hollywood and Vine 5:00pm
10/3 Coral Reef 7:40pm
10/4 Chef Mickey's 8:00pm
10/5 ???
10/6 Boma 10:00am

I got my first choice at all but Hollywood and Vine (it is EMH and I was hoping for a dinner after Fantasmic at 8:30pm, but I guess they don't have the restaurants open after Fantasmic) and the Coral Reef, I wanted 7:00pm and all they had available was 5something or the 7:40. My ressie agent said Coral Reef was filling up fast on the free dining plan, lots of people booking it!!

I am undecided between Crystal Palace, Le Cellier (love it), Rose and Crown, or the Whispering Canyon Cafe for 10/5.

I don't have the exact times here in front of me but we have ADRs at:

8/13 ~ Tony's Town Square, dinner paw:
8/14 ~ 'Ohana, dinner
8/15 ~ Coral Reef, lunch
8/16 ~ 'Ohana, breakfast :stitch:
8/17 ~ Crystal Palace, lunch pooh: :eeyore: :tigger:
8/18 ~ Le Cellier, lunch

We actually only have 5 days on the dining plan so we'll be paying out of pocket for the 'Ohana breakfast ;) .

Kona - Dinner
Yachtsman-Dinner
O'Hana - Breakfast
Hoop Dee Doo
1900 Park Fare- Dinner
50's Prime Time- Lunch
Le Cellier- Dinner
:hippie:

Dinners
H&V Fantasmic package
'Ohana
LTT
WCC
Planet Hollywood
Artists Point

We have a few breakfasts booked (Boma, CP and CM, but we'll pay OOP for them. to make the most of the DDP)

Arrival day (no parks): dinner at 1900 Park Fare
Epcot day: dinner at Marrakesh
MK day: dinner at Boma? Ohana? can't decide!

We caved and are booking tomorrow - but I went ahead and made ADRs =)

Sept 16th-23rd

16th: Wolfgang Pucks Cafe dinner
17th: Jiko for my Birthday!
18th: Chefs de France (though I'm the only one who wants to dine here)
19th: 1900 Park Fare dinner
20th: Spoodles dinner
21st: LeCellier dinner
22nd: Concourse dinner
23rd: Kona for lunch

Dh finally agreed that it was a good idea to let me book EVERY free TS meal for our stay. (What did the trick was that I told him everyone on here was booking and that we best not be waiting for hours to eat once we get there. LOL! I love free dining, but I don't wanna have to wait behind all of you for a walk-in table. :rotfl2: )

8/13 'Ohana breakfast
8/14 1900 Park Fare supper
8/15 Boma supper
8/16 Akershus lunch
8/17 Sci-Fi supper
8/18 Chef Mickey's breakfast
8/19 Planet Hollywood supper

We have two days at the beginning of our trip that we'll have to pay OOP for since they are before the free dining dates. Oh, had I only known... :rotfl:
