I know its over, but just curious if anyone actually left something for a donation. I/we were the only ones on our street and plus about the other 2 streets that left something. This is so sad. We live in a fairly decent neighborhood. I just cant believe the attitude of people around here. They are so thoughtless. Our church is in another town, but the pastor said once a man came and said he called like 5 local churches and we were also the only church that offered the guy to come and receive some food for his family for free. Gee. I cant wait to move back to texas some day. That is why my locaton is not in my post. I am embarresed to say where I live now. The people here are so into themselves, it is so sad.
I would have loved to leave something.....

We had a lot going on Saturday, and it just completely left my mind. However, as CEDmom said, people give to various charities, and may not have know about this one or just choose to donate elsewhere.
