why can't I see my whole ticker? It is showing up whole in my user CP.

Not an expert, but this has happened to me. I think your sig is too big. It looks good when you preview it, but but not in a thread.. one of your designs has to go or you need figure out how to get them on the same line. I do not know how to do this. There is a board for this kind of info but I have psoted to it before and gotten no responses re: my blurry avatar. I would try though
